Short description of the equipment:
The conditions of rotation of the grinding crucibles and the main disk, the balls either collide vertically with the inner wall of the crucible (high impact energy) or approach each other tangentially (strong friction) or simply roll “sticking” to the inner wall of the crucible (centrifugal mills). Grinding brittle materials (e.g. oxides, etc.) requires high impact energy. When grinding soft materials (e.g. metals, etc.), the friction coefficient is also decisive. Grinding sets: tungsten carbide, stainless steel, sintered corundum (80-250ml), gas pressure and temperature measuring system (GTM).

5. Ne100 type electric fiber spinning machine
The electro-fiber spinning device is composed of two electrodes. One of the electrodes is the fiber-forming capillary, through which the solution is continuously added. Another electrode is the fiber collector, which is usually a flat metal plate. An electrostatic field is created between the two electrodes. The capillary electrode is connected to a high voltage power supply while the other electrode is grounded. The resulting electrostatic field interacts with electrically conductive solutions. A drop of liquid forms on the capillary electrode because the electricity of the liquid polymer solution is high enough to overcome the surface tension. At the opening of the needle, the jet of liquid starts from the drop towards the fiber collector. One or more jets of liquid may exit the capillary electrode. As a result of the electrostatic forces, the liquid flow continuously thins towards the fiber collector, while the solvent evaporates.

-production of functional component prototypes from different polymers
-production of custom-designed mass models
Short description of the equipment:
This is an FDM type 3D printer (Fused Deposit Modeling), which during printing melts the thermoplastic polymer fiber (so-called filament) in a heated print head and then transfers it to the print table through a nozzle, building the model layer-by-layer.
The model file to be printed must first be opened in a Slicer software (e.g. PrusaSlicer) in a specific format (.stl, .obj, .amf, .3mf) in which the print parameters must be set, and then the layered model is given in a gcode file that needs to be loaded into the printer.
